Provincial Lift Truck designated in PROFIT 100

June, 2009, Kitchener Ont. – Provincial Lift Truck, experts in rough terrain and industrial material handling equipment, have received the honour of placing in the top 100 companies in PROFIT Magazine’s PROFIT 100: Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Ranked as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, PLT is a role model in today’s strained economy with their perseverance and dedication to maintaining a profitable business while pushing forward with a vision of continued growth and expansion.

Specializing in forklift sales, rentals, repairs and parts, Provincial Lift Truck has carved out a niche with their diversified line of equipment and services. Founded in 2003, partners Chris Glaubitz and Ron Fritz have taken the company from five to 18 employees in only six years with a revenue growth of 1139%. “Without our dedicated team and valued customers we wouldn’t be able to make this expansion work,” says Ron Fritz, “we are thankful to our clients and staff for helping us make the Profit 100 list this year. We look forward to many more satisfied customers in the future and to watching our business continue to grow.”

Despite the difficult economic climate, Provincial Lift Truck is establishing an initiative to better align marketing and sales, and to enhance the focused future of the company. Their approach includes a recently expanded facility of 13,500 sq. ft., from 6,500 sq. ft. with definite curb appeal. Continued training and new technologies gives PLT the advantage they need to develop and maintain good business relationships. PLT is a leader in their dedication to the environment by reducing waste and supply chain issues. “Working side by side with our suppliers has given us the support needed to continue the growth of the business. We would like to extend our thanks to them and we anticipate building strong alliances with all of our suppliers,” comments Chris Glaubitz.

Provincial Lift Truck has recognized that this is a time to sharpen its focus on energized plans for the future and have taken the bull by the horns to do so, making their spot in the top Profit 100 companies a well deserved one.
